How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Safelytickets Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Safelytickets Heating & Air went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Safelytickets Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@safelytickets.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
